How do I track an order?

Open Account Services → Orders. Tap the order to see status and tracking. If it is stuck, email us with the order id.

How do I cancel a booking?

Open Account Services → Appointments and open the booking. If you cannot cancel in the app, email us with the pet name and visit time.

How do I delete my account?

Use the Delete account page. We verify it is you, then delete or anonymize data within 30 days.
