Delete your PetFit India account
Operated by Manayate Ventures Private Limited. This page is for the PetFit India app and website at petfit.fit. You do not need the app installed to request deletion.

How to request deletion
- Email privacy@manayateventures.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
- Include your full name, registered mobile number, and email if you have one.
- We verify it is your account, then delete or irreversibly anonymize associated data within 30 days. You will get a confirmation by email or SMS.
If you have an active subscription, open order, insurance application, or unpaid booking, mention it in the email so we can tell you any extra steps first.
What we delete
After verification we delete or irreversibly anonymize:
- Your login and profile (name, phone, email, photo)
- Pets and health-meter or vault items you uploaded
- Addresses and in-app account settings
- Referral or rewards identity tied to you, where the law allows
What we may keep, and for how long
We may keep limited records where Indian law or payment rules require it:
- Invoices, tax, and payment references (for example PayU / GST / books) — typically up to 8 years
- Fraud, abuse, or dispute records — for the period needed to defend a claim
- Data already shared with a vet, lab, or insurer for a completed booking — they may keep their own copy under their rules
We do not keep the account active so you can log back in. Kept records are not used for marketing.
